In an information overload society, knowledge is no longer power—the right knowledge at the right time is power.  Can you answer these questions—What are your sales closed compared to budget through last week?  Is the service team closing each customer issue faster or slower than last year?  What product lines are creating the highest cost of service to your company?  What lines are generating the highest gross profit percentage?  How efficient is the dealership year to date compared to the same time last year?  Is your customer satisfaction rating going up or down?
