What is included in a live training session?

Live training sessions last 2 hours and are conducted over live video chat. A PATH Implementation Specialist will give one or more users personalized training on any area of the system.

What is Document Autoparsing?

Individual product data is automatically extracted directly from Order Acknowledgment PDF files without any human intervention. This data is used to reconcile purchase order costs, track receiving quantities, and generate shipping lists for deliveries, saving thousands of hours of manual data entry and eliminating costly transcription errors.

What are custom workflows?

PATH | WD is based on PATH | ERP, an incredibly powerful enterprise-class ERP platform. Having such a powerful engine under the hood allows us to configure many aspects of PATH | WD to suit your needs in a customized way. This could include adding data fields, creating new document templates, creating custom notifications, or changing tasks that automatically appear as Jobs work their way through the system. We recommend you think hard before making any changes, though, because we have designed PATH | WD to work optimally for most dealerships right out of the box.

Integrations

What is an integration?

Integrations allow PATH to share information with other software as well as react to events and receive information from other systems outside of PATH. For example, receiving a customer lead from a form on your website, or automatically sending a request for a Google review to a customer via a text message from Podium once a job is complete.

How does Calendar Sync work?

Calendar Sync in PATH works with Office 365 and Google Calendar. Calendar Sync will push all of the changes made to PATH calendar appointments to external calendars, and will also automatically reflect any changes made in external calendars inside of PATH. Using Calendar Sync allows PATH calendar appointments to be viewed and edited in any mobile or desktop calendar app.

What about integrating with my accounting system?

PATH has three levels of accounting integration, depending on a Dealer’s software.  First, Accounting gets notifications from PATH when an item needs to be transacted,  including a link that takes them right to the Job information.  Second, for those with higher transaction volumes, PATH creates regular auto-exports which are imported by the dealer’s accounting software.  Third, with true cloud-based software, PATH triggers accounting entries and passes information without human involvement.

Why do integrations raise my monthly rate?

Integrations always involve 3rd party systems that are out of the control of PATH, so there must be constant monitoring in order to make sure the integration is still working properly. If something goes wrong, the PATH team must spend time to determine the source of the issue.

What integrations do you support?

These days, most software-as-a-service products, including PATH, offer an “API” that allows them do integrations with other systems. We can integrate with these products directly, but we prefer to create integrations using a service called Zapier that automates and streamlines the integration process. We typically do not integrate with legacy software that runs on a server physically hosted in your office.
